I've been looking for such solar lanterns for a long time, read rave reviews and decided to order. They were well packaged with clear instructions (except for the on/off button which you can't figure out if you turn on the light and see what happens as the device needs to be on to charge). After a few hours of charging, I turned the panel over and saw these lovely little lights perfectly illuminate the little tree on the countertop that I tend for ambient lighting all year round. I was impressed that they glowed brightly and evenly for about seven hours before starting to dim. But that's it. Only on this day. Now, even on longer charges, they'll glow for an hour or less before starting to dim. I was going to write a great review on these solar lights but I'm just totally disappointed that I have to return them.
