Strap worked well for 3 months then it broke. I contacted their support team and provided pictures of the broken buckle and they said they would send me a replacement. That was 2 months ago and I still don't have a replacement. I can understand CV19 slowing things down a bit, but this is ridiculous. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this belt and the company that sells it.
