Whimsical Garland Made My Party Pop!

This garland was such a HIT at my daughter`s birthday party! The colors were vibrant and the quality was excellent - it held up even when the kids accidentally bumped into it .Plus, it added the perfect amount of whimsy without looking cheap or tacky. The only con was that it took a little longer than expected to put together but that's just the nature of arts and crafts. overall, I highly recommend this garland!
