Our car's (?) air filter blocked the socket so unfortunately we couldn't do it ourselves at home. When looking for help, not a single mechanic wanted to touch this product when we showed them. Finally after literally a month we found a mechanic willing to install it and it fell off after three gear changes. He tried a few more times, same problem. Luckily this guy had a harder stock bushing on hand that fit and worked great. We've been riding the new hub for over a week with no problems. Unfortunately for us, this list was too good to be true.
