The description of this item says it is silent to humans, IT IS NOT! I bought it to discreetly scare away the neighbor's dog; However, it sounds like a toy whistle so everyone else around me could hear the whistle. The dog just looked around to try and see where the noise was coming from but didn't startle it as the description says. He did NOT do the work I was supposed to do! Everyone around me could hear it because it sounds like a toy whistle. Please do not mislead customers with lies in the description, this is absolutely annoying! Now I wasted time waiting for it to arrive and trying it out when I could have an item that matched the description. It's a useless piece of junk and I'll get it back asap!
