**Update: I wasn't expecting much by not returning the broken jewelry. BUT they came back quickly with no problems! Excellent customer service! (Stopping them from 1 to 3 stars. What else can you expect for $8? *** My high school son got this for his girlfriend for her birthday. It was BROKEN when she took it out of the box!? (It was so embarrassing they were still on the school bus! As if high school wasn't uncomfortable enough. Ugh. Poor dude.) While I'm realistic about the quality expectations, it was very cheap, it had to AT LEAST a few minutes last?!?My son was so embarrassed he didn't bring it home so I can't return it for a replacement/refund. I may have been unlucky with a refund. To be honest I have the seller not contacted - I really hope they can work with me. My son's reputation is at stake! ;)
