This is a real cargo pants skirt that also needs to be ironed if you don't like the crumpled look and keeping the pockets flat can be a problem. But it's really comfortable, it doesn't shrink at all in the wash (and I wash and dry everything HOT) and it fits true to size or even slightly larger. I'm 5ft 7in and 170lbs, usually a size 10/12/14, but I'm so used to cheap clothes that run very small (seriously, I have XXL because size means absolutely nothing in women's clothing) that I ordered size 14 and the waist is actually too big! It's ok because I hate tight waistbands and it's a bit short for me so I can take it off a bit to add some length. The pockets are a nice size and I can easily slip my iPhone XR into the pocket in the front pocket.
