We bought this to make gluten free bread for my husband as he discovered he was allergic to wheat. It makes good "regular" bread but we made 6 loaves of GF bread and each one was a disaster! Hard as stone, but dry and crumbling to stone chips. Strange! We tried different GF flours, bought new yeast, added more liquid, did everything we could think of to make it work, but GF loaves are a total mess! I would not recommend it for this type of use.
