This is the WORST customer service ever! You actually STOLEN 12.99 from me. Your product is complete garbage! I will report you to Revane as a BAD seller who is ripping off his customers and turning his back on the product you claim to support. Things must last longer than 90 days! What is wrong with what you are selling. garbage quality. It stopped working 2 weeks after receiving it and I've used it maybe 5 times. You will not replace, repair or refund anything. Things need to last longer than 2 weeks EVEN IF it's 12.99. That's the main thing, and obviously this seller DON'T HAVE ONE! I will NEVER buy from them again. Terrible for customers and disgusting. Not even an apology.
