If it works, it works. It definitely doesn't cool the room and you need to have it fairly close to you to get good cooling. But its fan blades are powerful and it has 3 (unlabeled) speeds: low, medium and high. You simply press the button on the back once in a row to change the speed. The button can be more or less flush since it's on the back of the fan and you really need to feel it. I like that it's rechargeable, I don't like that it doesn't last long. I ran it at minimum speed and it lasted a full 45 minutes. The clip doesn't open wide enough for some of the parts of the stroller I wanted to place it on and the holes are wide enough for a child to put their fingers in.

This is a great little fan that we bought for my son when we went to Aruba recently to keep him cool and comfortable in his stroller. We actually already have another one but it's in stock so we had to buy another one and it fits. It's easy to use and compact, but has a fairly powerful fan, so my son was kept cool and comfortable when we were outside. We have also used it on trips to the zoo etc and it works well. This was a great working fan, damn loud though. I had to listen to reviews of how one day it just stopped working because that was today's experience. I use it in my office where I sell insurance. The fan runs when running low but barely moving air, as soon as you go to medium or high the fan runs for 15-45 seconds and then turns off. Just be aware that if a potential buyer reads this, you are taking a risk.

Works very well. Battery life is decent. I have fans that have been running for weeks, this isn't one of them, but it can run fine for hours. My problem is that the stickers and stuff have already peeled off, it's always nice to get new products that don't look new. But they had good thickness strength.
