I love this hand cream. A little goes a long way, works immediately and lasts. I use it every day, especially after washing my hands. The foot cream is very good but... I don't *really* need a foot cream so it's hard to compare to the healing power of a hand cream. It's still nice after a day on my feet - maybe that's why I don't have a lot of skin lesions that need treatment. skin on the soles of the feet. acid and glycerin. Easy. Effective. And no floral scent like the vast majority of hand creams, lotions and moisturizers! I love this stuff and the whole o'keefe line. Strong ingredients, simple recipes, really effective.
