I've only been using the mouse for half an hour, but I think it's one of the best accessories I've ever added to my MacBook. I charged the mouse for an hour. The button was red, then it went off. I assume that means full charge. Turn on the switch at the bottom of the Bluetooth. used command+space to open bluetooth.app, double clicked bluetooth 5.0 and it just connected. Very responsive mouse. It changes colors but nothing I really notice. I didn't use the wireless mode as I really only need the bluetooth option.
