I think you get what you pay for. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on the Magic Mouse and chose it because of its similar appearance. I lose my Bluetooth connection to my Mac after < 5 minutes of inactivity. The battery life is terrible. Without recharging, he will not live the entire work week. No battery indicator on the mac bluetooth screen of this mouse. Pros: price, LEDs Cons: everything else. Buy something better.

I don't know who was paid to write these good reviews but they aren't true. I have a new Macbook Pro and this mouse is not compatible. There is also a weak module that you need to fill one of your ports with. We fiddled with it for half an hour and gave up. So I bit the bullet and spent 80.00 for the Mac version and amazingly it got up and running in 5 seconds and you didn't have to occupy any of your external ports. Save time and money.

Works - has basic features but is missing some key features like Apple mouse which lets you use side to side mouse movement to switch between screens etc. It's cheap enough and I put it on I don't feel like I've lost too much. I'll leave it as a reserve and look for something else. Also, it doesn't always wake up the computer when it's in sleep mode. You have to go and press the computer's power button to wake it up.

I've been using this mouse on my Macbook Air since August and I'm mostly satisfied. It's slim and unobtrusive, so very portable. However, for long-term mouse use, this is probably not the best solution as it is not ergonomic at all. The construction is quite wobbly, but I had no problems. Holds a charge for quite a while. I sometimes have trouble connecting to BT but it's easy to fix. For the money I say go for it, but it's best used as a travel mouse, not for everyday mouse work.
