The customer service has been great from day one! They have always responded promptly whenever we need assistance - even when it's not their job responsibility (as they sometimes try as hard as possible). I think this was also due maybe because there wasn't much else going wrong during our 2+ year relationship so far which makes sense since you want good things happening at all times right?!? We've had no issues like others mentioned here. There haven't really any complaints yet but if anything does come up then please get back ASAP!! Their support staff knows what needs fixing/troubleshooting etc., just give them your email address & let 'em do his magic.
