I have chronic pain in the talus (forefoot/ankle where foot and lower leg meet) that makes it difficult for me to walk barefoot. sports shoes. I was looking for ankle support products and ordered these along with other open heel products. Support in the area I need: talus and ankles around but gentle on my skin and without negatively restricting circulation. The moment I put it on, I felt no pain and could walk barefoot like a normal person. wore them all night and my toes were warm and pink, not to mention that i was able to walk normally without pain for several trips to the bathroom, kitchen etc. I wear women's sports shoes in size 9 and this size S/M fits me. . I have ordered 3 more of these to wear both feet and back to wash. Really wonderful product and I would highly recommend it to people with similar problems.
