Failed after one hour

Compressor oil adjusted to 40ml (1.5oz) to match the old compressor. I vacuumed for 30 minutes and checked for leaks. Filled the system with 2.4 pounds of 134A. Gauges read 50 and 290 at 95* ambient in my garage. The compressor failed within an hour of installation. I heard a squeak when opening the hood and saw the supercharger trying to turn it on very slowly and sometimes stopping.

Pros

compressor already contains 200ml of car oil 46. If there is other oil in your cooling system, we recommend that you drain the oil that came with the compressor and use the same oil as before or the cooling system before installing the compressor to be cleaned to ensure normal use. Compressor.
