Review on True Solutions Livin' Large: Natural Large Breed Adult Dry Dog Food with Chicken by Blue Buffalo by Lisa Highter

I have 2 Great Pyrenees mixes that both weigh over 100 pounds. Large breed dogs face some issues due to their size and we need to take this into account when feeding them. I love that this food has some additional muscle and joint support ingredients that are part of some of the supplements we give our dogs on a regular basis. The ingredients look healthy, but I'm not going to engage in a recipe debate - I'll be honest, I don't know the details of our dog food. I like whole ingredients that I can pronounce or at least know exist, but I haven't researched the exact ratio of each element that should be in it. I know it can be healthier if you make it yourself, but I'm just not going to cook their food from scratch. Overall my dogs love this food. They ate it without hesitation like it was a race and I really had to start adding obstacles to slow them down. It's not their usual eating habit, so it's supposed to be extra tasty. However it's a bit pricey for me, I have large dogs that need quite a bit of food and it's currently around $3.27 a pound for the bag I got. Based on the serving recommendations, I would need to serve 10 cups a day, which quickly adds up.
