I bought this mainly to use pro controllers. They cannot be connected easily and securely. You can't tell if it's actually loading. Many times I thought I plugged it in correctly and still found it wasn't charging when I needed it. If that wasn't annoying enough, now only 2/4 of the Joy Con dock works. I just throw this garbage away. It's just a mess at the moment. For professional controllers, just buy some C-type chargers. The same ones you use for Samsung phones, the new iPad Pros, and many other devices.
