I bought this mainly to use pro controllers. They cannot be connected easily and securely. You can't tell if it's actually loading. Many times I thought I plugged it in correctly and still found it wasn't charging when I needed it. If that wasn't annoying enough, now only 2/4 of the Joy Con dock works. Wish you could turn off the light when charged or have an option for the light. It's better than the offered main charger because I don't need to put a clip on the pro controller which ruins the beautiful lines of the pro controller. I love it. If you have 2 Pros and 2 JoyCons this is the charger so there are no questions about it. Please put a switch there to turn the light off and on. It's a lot more compact than the square charger you see first on the charger list.

I wasn't aware of a specific way to lock the controllers and thought my product was defective. It turns out that if all of the controllers aren't facing outwards, you might not be charging your Joy-Con properly and having trouble shutting it down. I have 2 pairs of JoyCon and Pro controllers that charge with it. Works like a charm and has no issues. I would probably prefer the green light not to be active unless a fully charged device is connected. It glows red when connected to a charged device, green when the device is charging, and green when nothing is connected. Our countertop is a mess with wires and cords everywhere so I decided to tidy that up with 2 chargers to get everything.
