Many reviews have reported that the wax is too thin or too thin and breaks off. Anyone with a good opinion of wax must first know how to apply wax properly. First I wanted to say that I'm glad I got them because they are much cheaper than buying them in store and they are genuine GiGi products. Second, the wax will be too thin and will be applied in a thin layer because you have heated the wax too much. Cool the temperature and allow the wax to thicken a bit. Much easier to apply and remove when warned of the correct temperature. I use a Gigi heater and hold it up until the wax melts, then turn it down. I let the wax cool on the stick before applying. I have sensitive skin over my upper lip and have had no complications with this wax. Would definitely buy again.
