It doesn't work and tech support is useless
Received, opened package and tried to use laptop with no success. I received an error during the setup process and despite numerous attempts to fix the problem, including a hard reset and reinstalling Windows, I ended up having to return the laptop. Lenovo tech support was unhelpful throughout the process and they only suggested I send it back and request a refund, which sounds pretty unprofessional to me. Just don't buy.
