Review on 1000Pcs Bushing Washers Heatsink Insulator by Charlie Clayton

Shoulder washers do not fit TO-3P mounting hole. May be suitable for use on the back of a heatsink with a thru-hole screw, but not when the parts are screwed onto a #4-40 threaded heatsink. I can't figure out why the washer size doesn't match the component's hole, as that would allow it to be used on both the part itself and the heatsink. Another well thought out Chinese quality detail. NO. Haven't tried insulators yet but right now I'm worried about this quality.
