Beautifully designed and very efficient
I wanted a quality French rolling pin and not a steel rolling pin or tan rubberwood. This pin is a beautiful amber brown and is exactly what I wanted to make my kitchen look great in my pastry shop. It's smaller than expected but really the perfect size for more control over your dough. It is easy to manoeuvre, comfortable, smooth and flexible. Ideal for puff pastry and cannoli dough.
