Doesn't cut all the way through
Because the side cuts aren't deep enough, I can't cut through the rod while it's installed. I solved this problem by placing a piece of wood on the bottom of the cutter to support the soap. Not a problem due to the low price, but annoying if you're busy and have a lot of turnover.
