Review on Franluca by Geoffrey Graham

My experience shopping at Franluca's online store left me feeling dissatisfied, despite the fact that I am a seasoned consumer. Because the website was so sluggish, and the search function was so complicated, it was very difficult for me to locate the information that I required. The procedure of checking out was laborious, and the prices for shipping and handling were outrageous. It was unacceptable that some of the items in my purchase arrived broken and of poor quality, especially given the high prices that I had paid for them. To make matters even more difficult, when I attempted to get in touch with their customer service for assistance, I was met with responses that were both unprofessional and ineffective. In order to supply its customers with the products to which they are entitled, Franluca needs to make investments in the enhancement of both its customer service and its quality control systems. I will not be returning to shop with them until such time that they have implemented the essential changes.
