I was dissatisfied with Franluca's customer service when I bought some cooking utensils from them lately. Some of the items I got were broken, and others were of low quality. Their customer service reps were unhelpful and rude when I called to ask for a refund or replacement. It's unfortunate that, despite having the potential to produce excellent goods, the business doesn't put a priority on its customers' happiness. In the future, I won't bother with Franluca.
