Review on Franluca by Darin Brooks

I recently placed an order from Franluca's web store for some kitchen and dining supplies, but I was unhappy with the entire process. I had trouble navigating the website and locating the particular items I was looking for. I had a difficult time navigating the checkout procedure and ended up paying more for shipping than I had planned. A few of the items I received were also damaged, and I tried contacting their customer service for help but received unhelpful and tardy answers. Overall, I wasn't happy with the products' quality or the customer service, and I don't think I'll ever buy at Franluca again.
