Ergonomic office chair was what I had to get from home when I started work. It's comfortable and the support helps with your posture when you're leaning forward against your laptop for at least a couple of hours without moving back. The armrest is adjustable and I like how it leans sideways at its highest height. And I could sit comfortably in a chair, cross-legged Indian style. I also don't take full advantage of the headrest as I'm not that tall, but the lowest height setting allows me to recline my head comfortably and haven't had any instances of the chair losing balance and tipping over. The instructions for assembling the chair are clear, we had all the necessary tools to facilitate assembly.
