Charming and practical - the only problem is the hood.
My 3 year old loves this! We chose the 4T and it fits perfectly. The sleeves are cuffed (you can button them up to increase the length) so it has plenty of room to grow, which I think will last at least next year. My only problem is the hood. He seems a bit small and doesn't have the "beak" that many raincoats have to protect his face from the rain. Fit-wise, it's more like a hoodie on a hoodie.
