Review on OsoCozy Indian Cotton Prefolds: Soft and Absorbent Baby Diapers with Diaper Service Quality by Kim Tyger

NEW FOR CLOTH DIAPERS?! PERFECT WITH THIRSTY DIAPERS!

If you're new to cloth diapers, this is the way to get started! Osocozy Indian Cotton Prefolds Baby size blue stitching combined with Thirties diaper covers (yellow is an XSl diaper cover, poppy pink is the first Duo Snap Wrap Wrap size) made cloth diapers easy and less confusing! There are sooo many ways to go green and use cloth diapers! For a medium sized newborn, 7-8 lb newborn, infant or newborn, pre-folds are the way to go when it comes to the umbilical cord and little baby; I fold the front as disposable😊! If you're diapering a small baby (5-7 pounds), start with the smallest prefolded ones (Osocozy for newborns; yellow stitching) and a newborn or newborn diaper (Thirsties makes preterm and newborn diapers). I always prepare my pre-folds before using them. ! Rinse with hot water at least 3 times to remove natural oils for better absorption. When washing with cotton, detergent doesn't matter if YOU don't want it! USE YOUR FAMILY or original brand products without a lot of bleach and fragrance! USE THE TARGETED AMOUNT TO REALLY CLEAN! If they start smelling a little strange after changing diapers when they get wet with urine, add 1-2 tablespoons of Blue Dawn dishwashing liquid to your regular wash and always rinse extra with every wash! The debate about safe diaper detergent focuses more on diapers with different fabrics, fabrics, elastics, fasteners (Velcro, Aplix, buttons, etc.), etc. Although I usually hand wash and rope dry my diaper covers with Blue Dawn. Ease of use and natural materials touching baby concepts with pre-folds are the reasons I use them for at least the first 6 months! Then I switch to my personal pocket diaper pattern; who still use these Osocozy prefolds as pads, along with thinner home-sewn pads! They are super absorbent and wash well! I suggest buying at least 24 preslides; 12 is simply not enough, even with daily washing! I have 36 on rotation and that's a lot! I delete about 12-16 predictions every night or every other day to stay sane but use different sets so each set of 12 or so gets deleted every few days. I don't like leaving dirty diapers lying around. Just my personal preference. I highly recommend them for every diaper step and want to share my experience with these diapers! None are cracked or peeled off like I've seen with other brands! I have stains but they will wash out over time after a few washes or exposure to direct sunlight! You'll lose a lot of weight after the prep period, but that's to be expected! Baby with blue stitching has shrunk to 10 x 13.5 inches after multiple washes and uses! At 10-12lbs if using as a clip or snap diaper, invest in the next size up depending on your baby's shape! I needed a new 15 lb size average height and weight baby! 😊 My only downside is that they lose some softness over weeks and months, but are by no means rough. If they were made from organic cotton, they would stay soft longer! I recommend them and have not been paid or supplied with any product to write this review. ;)
