Heavy thermometer for roasting pigs?
Although the numbers are easy to read, this thermometer is too heavy for the small cuts of meat I cook alone and falls on its side. I'll have to save it for Thanksgiving ham and turkey, or maybe give it to someone grilling big cuts of meat. I don't know if it's accurate because the weight of the thermometer didn't let it sit long enough to register the temperature.
