Good. Master Tailgaters are GREAT people with GREAT customer service. My mirror came in the box with no remote control and the one I got was mailed straight away. I thought there was a problem with the product and they were patient while I figured out the short in MY wiring (not their problem). Excellent customer service. The mirror looks good and the cameras are great. So what's the downside? The camera is heavy and after (very short time) the adjustment points loosen and the mirror starts to sag (and I can't help it. costs $200. Now I have to buy a regular mirror. Good idea but poor execution of the main one Partly.As I said before, I wish this review was better.
