Batteries are included but are not.
This trainer has been described as Prestan's latest and greatest AED trainer. I already have a Pro device but would like a dual panel option for adults and kids. However, according to the Prestan website and the instructor's manual that came with the AED, each of the devices is said to have three "C" batteries. However, there are no batteries. Without batteries it is impossible to know if they work or not. If the seller forces me to buy the AED and batteries separately, what other issues are there? I'm sticking with professional AEDs. This purchase is being returned today.
