. I have a sensitive tummy. This product made me slightly nauseous. I'm not crazy about the taste either. For me it's too sweet, not creamy and a little ticklish on the throat. That's probably why I coughed a few times when trying to drink it. First I tried it by shaking, but mixing is better. I suspect the fiber makes it a little prickly. I prefer to get fiber from foods and too much fiber makes me bloated. I have an overnight version of PM Restore. Melatonin is only 1 mg, so it's not enough to make you sleepy the next day. It's also good that it's non-GMO. It is packed in a plastic canister. They say it's BPA-free and hopefully since it's a dry powder it doesn't release any other softening chemicals into the product. Plastic should be recycled, but my city no longer accepts plastic other than bottles.
