Looks good, that's the only plus point. It is very heavy and difficult to maneuver in your hair. It's a big barrel so it only does a twist or two on medium length hair and if there's absolutely no twist the wand is useless. I tried leaving it on my hair longer, hoping it would do something - nothing. I kept trying to think there must be something to do with the hair, I kept it on longer than it should and probably even good for your hair, the heat was high but it didn't do anything to my hair. I understand this is called "soft bending," but that's not even that. Also, my hair stank like burnt hair or something and it lasted for days. So it probably damages the hair. Ultimately, this is the worst curling iron I've ever tried and I've tried a ton. So it's back. However, Kristen's Ess Spray Texturizer is good, even if this curling iron is terrible.
