It seems so easy to install. I had to take a few breaks because it was so frustrating. They send two different sizes of screws. Countersunk screw too short and countersunk screw too long. I also didn't do a very good job of aligning the holes to drill through the case. Oh I added this handle because my suitcase only had a handle at the top. Place your pen where everything goes and put tape on it to make holes in the tape exactly where they need to be. Peel off the tape and place it on your suitcase exactly where you need the handle. Then drill holes where they should be. I looked at it and it's wrong.
