Review on 🏃 Running Training Pockets for MECH ENG Exercise by Leo Black

what is shown in the picture (there are elastic pockets to hold the phone while running or exercising) and they can't . The pocket is too big and not elastic enough to hold a phone. I have one of the biggest phones, Galaxy Note 10+ and the case is still too big for this phone. He's only holding my phone when I'm lifting weights since I'm just standing still, but when I'm lying down to do squats or pecs or god forbid running, you can forget it. If you don't care about those things and either don't care about pockets or just want to stash something small and light in them, like your ID card or an airport case, then these are great shorts. The stretchy material (not sure if it's spandex?) is comfortable as a man to keep everything in one place, and the shorts are lightweight and breathable. Great workout combo but I can't give it 5 stars because the main image display is wrong.
