I bought these (black upper with black sole) when they were 23.80. They have since been reintroduced at a higher price (about 28.00). Have worn them for 2 years, here and there, not constantly and not offensively. The heel of one of the shoes was, as expected, worn out. They were quite comfortable and light. Even after the insole and outsole started to lose grip (about 4-6 months) I didn't stop wearing them because they breathed well and felt light. In fact, I bought a second pair at a cost of 23.00. I thought the price was only for the wearing length of the material. As I'm about to release the second pair I bought a while ago, I might be looking for slightly cheaper hiking shoes. Not only because of the higher price but also because the new listing presented only includes a size 7 as I haven't found a way to go for a size 11 to see if the price changes any further.
