Battery is correct model for Samsung Tab A. It was received with tools, but I felt the tools were inadequate for the job. I broke 2 of them in the first 10 minutes (and I have done similar repairs on other devices in the past, so not like I was a newbie). Ultimately I hired a local repair shop to perform the replacement. And good thing I did as the glue on the battery was pretty heavy. Next time I will find a listing for battery-only and use the repair shop for installation. Can't comment on how long the battery will last yet, but it is working and has cured the random reboot issue many have with these tablets. Overall I am satisfied.
