For school. My son is 13 so medium tops, 14 skinny pants, 70 pounds, he's a tiny 8th grader, the sleeves were just long enough for his long arms, they hit a little at his waist. Underneath you can wear a long and short sleeve top as is, it's loose fitting with a perfect fit, I ordered a medium size.
