Update on previous review: I was sent a replacement and installed it in 2 minutes. The module was bad as the reset button was not removed. However it works, the only problem is that the buzzer beeps twice during startup and shutdown. Going to work at 4am is not ideal. When I received this the small reset button was firmly pressed and I had to take it apart to release the button. Also, the white plugs had pins on the sides that prevented them from being fully inserted into the device. However, apart from these two problems, I can't even get the first step (red, green, red light) to work. Do I have a defective device? Can you help me fix this? without giving back and without expecting a new one? I too would like to ask this question without giving a bad review.
