Update: The sellers contacted me about my review and they did their best to make me happy. Customer service is incredible. I've never had a seller contact me about anything and it really shows that they care. For this reason I gave 4 stars. I've always had my eye on this purse. Accumulated and plunged into the Furry Chaos! Pros: sweet and soft. Cons - came a lot smaller than the photo and looks kinda cheap. I expected more from this wallet considering the price. Fur. MY GOD. After taking out the package I tried to fluff it up a bit as it was a bit flat. I was amazed at how much hair was stuck to my arm. After just a few minutes of flogging and modeling, my shoulder fur is all over the place. All my clothes stuck to my eyelashes, lipstick on my nose. I can't imagine using this as my everyday handbag like I had hoped. I will leave it because my heart will break if I give it back. I'll use it a bit and hope the fallout slows down to become manageable. The wallet looks large in the photo but is medium sized inside. So if you like to carry a lot of things with you, this is not for you. Too expensive for the quality you get. It's cute but not good quality. If only I didn't succeed 🤷
