I just LOVE these glasses. I've even bought another pair and may even buy a third pair. I have some sensitivity to light. I find these glasses provide a normal melatonin response at night as I stay up very late at the computer. That, along with Nighty Night Tea, and I'm ready to go to bed and sleep until morning. I wish I had known this until my retirement when I was working under 20 bands of hellish fluorescent lighting. Good product.
