Just received this USB charger and cable. The USB-C to Surface cable that comes with the charger will not work with power banks or wall chargers (all are rated at 60W and support 15V/3A mode). My guess is that it's a special cable that only works with the included car charger. I just ordered another USB-C cable to test. If another cable fits, I'll consider returning this one.
