
Media failed to load. I bought two boxes of these bulbs and I have many other Geeni bulbs at home so I wanted to keep them all in one app to sync with Alexa. Both boxes had a broken lightbulb, one has what clearly sounds like a broken LED when shaken, and the other I've tried to auto and manually connect it to my network about a dozen times to no avail and that's after me I've manually reset and plugged in many of the bulbs I've gotten from them in the past. The photos and short video I've attached were part of my appeal to their "support". I thought I would email them through their support team but it was constant requests for more information, most of which I had already provided in my initial submission and then was the last email I did received that they would transfer me to next level support. I'm cutting my losses, I use dead bulbs for paperweights or whatever, but I'm tired of walking around.
