Efficiency: Works well, good color and no chemical smell! Smell: There is also a slight faint sound (this is chemistry). Color: Depending on your hair, you may need to adjust the time. With my Asian/black hair it took longer than stated in the instructions and wasn't as dark as in the bottle (slightly lighter by a shade/so). Application/haptics of the product: The consistency of the product is good - not too runny, but not too thick. Works best with a brush to control or prevent drips/leaks. Longevity: Good for semi-permanent color. For my hair it's on par with other semi-permanent dyes although it can last a bit longer (a few more washes)
