Fakes and bad quality.
This is a review of 100 pack #17 blades. I think I should say that first as it seems like the reviews of all types of blades are mixed here. I have serious suspicions that it is a fake. It's either that or Elmers is trying to destroy the entire reputation of the Xacto brand. First, they're pretty boring. You can tell right away that they don't "feel" the same when they scratch or peck. Also, the blue finish is blotchy at best and rubs off on fingertips and with use at worst, which is totally unacceptable. - angry now.
