Update: Based on my review below, the company contacted me directly and offered to refund or replace their product. We accepted the replacement and received the product. My son has been wearing the bracelet for almost two weeks now and has no complaints. He loves that it comes in fun colors and is easy to put on and take off, as well as adjust the size to your liking. Thanks very much! I ordered them for my son's watch. I thought they would be perfect for adjusting his strap as he had outgrown the smaller one size strap. One strap broke after 3 days of use, the second strap broke while I was helping my son set up. I didn't pull hard and it just came off. We're on volume 3 now and I'm hoping it lasts long enough for me to be able to order and get a new one.
