Output switches do not switch

I have connected 2 outputs to the projector and TV and FireTV, cable box for inputs. It doesn't switch between the TV and projector, but it does switch to inputs normally. It plays TV and projector at the same time. I saved it and just turn off the TV when I want the projector to work and vice versa.
