I would highly recommend their services because they've been able solve almost any need we had in making our website more efficient with automation. There really isn't anything that i dislike at this point but maybe some features could be added such as multiple shipping methods (ie USPS priority mail). Try it out first before deciding whether its worth your time/money investment - It will save you so much time having everything automated which helps keep up productivity levels when running several businesses from home.
